If certification is required, configure the gas mixture according to different country’s gas composition standards. Design and test the machine’s performancebased on the standards to help the customer successfully obtain product certification.
Perform quality inspections on key components such as valve, burners, and pulsesbefore production.
During production, conduct micro-leak tests for gas and electricity.
During production, perform tests on startup water pressure, water flow, and ignition.
Conduct a product appearance inspection before packaging.
