1. Gas Flow Analyzer: Measures gas flow and consumption to help verify heating performance and gas efficiency.
2. Exhaust Gas Component Analyzer: Tests the components of exhaust gas, such as carbon monoxide and other emissions, to support safety and certification requirements.
3. Gas Composition Analyzer: Analyzes gas composition and helps us configure and test products according to the gas standards of different countries.
4. Product Performance Testing Equipment: Evaluates heating capacity, temperature stability, water flow, ignition performance, and overall operating reliability.
5. Gas Distribution Room: Provides a controlled gas supply for testing products under different gas types, pressures, and operating conditions.
6. Intelligent Leakage Meter: Performs gas and electrical leakage checks during mass production to identify potential safety risks.
7. Water Flow and Flame Testing Equipment: Checks water flow, ignition, flame stability, and flame protection during mass production.

1. Before mass production, create pre-production samples for performance testing,exhausted Smoke Component testing, flow testing, etc.
2. If certification is required, configure the gas mixture according to different country’s gas composition standards. Design and test the machine’s performancebased on the standards to help the customer successfully obtain product certification.
3. Perform quality inspections on key components such as valve, burners, and pulsesbefore production.
4. During production, conduct micro-leak tests for gas and electricity.
5. During production, perform tests on startup water pressure, water flow, and ignition.
6. Conduct a product appearance inspection before packaging.
